PUTW #54 Acoustic Guitar Dual Element SBT(Sound Board Transducer)
This pickup is PUTW's flagship soundboard pickup for steel string guitars. Comprised of a pair of Model #27 steel string pickups, the installation is greatly simplified, and the tone is very natural with a slight emphasis in the bass & treble registers. The two pickup elements are placed on either end of the bridgeplate so that one is right next to the bass X brace and the other is right next to the treble X brace. There is no guess work involved in the positioning, and the result is very feedback resistant due to the stiffness of the mounting locations. The tone is improved across the board from our single element pickups, and this is especially noticeable on lighter or more boutique instruments that can tend to have an exaggerated midrange emphasis with other soundboard pickups. The tones are clear and solid with more pronounced detail than with our single model #27s, and midrange overloads are eliminated. The signals from the two pickups can be combined by the PUTW mono-in / mono-out Power Plug, or mixed with the PUTW Stereo Power Blender

PUTW #27 Acoustic Guitar Soundboard Pickup
Comes pre-wired to a high quality endpin jack, and uses a proprietary film pickup mounted with adhesive tape to the bridgeplate. The tone is rich and full, yet surprisingly feedback resistant. This is the system that put PUTW on the map, and is easy to install without modifications to the instrument other than an enlarged endpin hole for the output jack. For coupling to a Stealth pre-amp, specify ST when ordering.

Stealth UST Guitar Pickup
Comes pre-wired to a high quality endpin jack. The Stealth UST captures all of the subtle nuances of Steel stringed guitars without being overly 'stringy' or metallic sounding (see reviews). The pickup requires a small hole under the bridge saddle slot, but does not diminish the natural dynamics or volume of the instrument. For coupling to a Stealth pre-amp, specify 'mini plug' when ordering.

Dynamic Duo Steel String Guitar Pickup
This kit combines a Stealth UST pickup with a #27 soundboard pickup for the most dynamically expressive Steel string guitar pickup system offered to date by anyone. The outputs are usually wired in stereo at the jack, but when they are wired to mono, each of the tonal contributions of the two pickup styles are blended perfectly. The Quack Buster" Acoustic Guitar Soundboard Pickup
PUTW's $60 on-board tone patch. Similar to our Model #27, the Quack Buster is a very easy to install soundboard transducer that is designed to be used with guitars that have existing saddle type pickups installed. As the name implies, the Quack Buster eliminates most if not all of the irritating piezo 'quack' from saddle type pickups, while at the same time adding warmth, depth, and harmonic detail to the signal.

The NEW PUTW Hybrid Poly-Mag
Introducing the new PUTW Hybrid Poly-Mag This completely new pickup design is a total departure from traditional magnetic pickups of any type, and uses no coils or inductive components in its construction. The output signal is generated by using micro sized neodymium magnets and polymer film, and the result is an extremely quiet, linear pickup that is also the smallest and lightest magnetic pickup ever created for acoustic musical instruments. Weighing in at only a few grams, and with a height of only 1/8" (.125") and a width slightly over ¼" (.25"), the Hybrid Poly-Mag fits neatly on the end of a guitar's fingerboard without blocking the soundhole or loading or clamping the soundboard. The output reflects a 50/50 blend of body sensing and magnetic sensing, and the pickup works with all high impedance pre-amps designed for piezo type pickups. The tone is extremely well balanced and woody, and is accurate to the natural tone of the guitar. The Poly-Mag is well suited for all playing styles, and has been described as the best sounding single source pickup ever designed for acoustic guitars.
